Tyler Churchman did an amazing job fighting USAA on my behalf. I wasn't going to call an attorney, but Tyler's wife is a family friend and called me after my accident. I'd seen her go through something almost the exact same years ago when we worked together. I was hit by a lady who ran two red lights, there was a police report and witness in my favor and USAA denied my claim at first. They tried nickel-and-diming me so hard on my vehicle. If I would have taken the first offer, I would have had to get a beater to replace something really nice. I was driving a car I'd only driven for three days after it had been completely restored. Tyler made sure they paid me for way more than my new 20 year old Subaru, though. Isabela Salinas made sure all my questions and concerns were met promptly and that my various medical needs were also addressed promptly! My recovery was never put on the back-burner. Alec Rife, the office manger made sure my payment was executed promptly and the staff went through multiple steps to make sure I got every dollar I was owed. I almost didn't call a lawyer because of some false moral high ground, but USAA and the driver that lied pissed me off. I wanted every penny for every option on my car or fresh tire, and I wanted every dollar I didn't make climbing ladders and selling roofs at work because of broken ribs and a wrist. Tyler Churchman made sure I'm going to have a very Merry Christmas, I've not only replaced my vehicle but my old Subaru is now a much newer Tundra, my medical bills are all taken care of completely, and I've got $10,000+ more than I had before I picked up the phone and called Tyler when it's all said and done. People suck, LAWYER UP!
